Mondays used to be #MoneyMakeover day on here but I think I've covered most things that you need to do to give your finances a decent overhaul and to be honest, I wanted to do something that would give me a chance to share some small tips with you so here we are - #SaveMoneyMonday. Each week #SaveMoneyMonday is going to feature one small way to save money in some form or another whether it's a freebie, a money saving top tip or a way to make some money and I'm starting this week with a reminder to you to always make the most of the rewards that some companies want to give you for being a … [Read more...]
It’s time for the Summer Bag….
You all know that I have a present bag, which was replenished yesterday with some brilliant bargains from the 75% off sale in Claires and the '5 cards for £1' offer in the Card Factory, but I don't think I've told you about my Summer bag yet.My Summer bag is basically a bag filled with all sorts of outdoor toys and other things that mean we can have fun wherever we are and without having to plan things or spend time getting ready. This is what's in there at the moment, starting with the sensible stuff:Sun tan lotion. Hats - not their favourite hats just cheap ones just in … [Read more...]

Siblings – June….
I say this every month, but I look forward to writing this post every month and it's easily my favourite post of the month.Like all brothers and sisters, my two argue but on the whole, they get on really well and they actually seem to like each other most of the time. Believe me though, when they do argue, they really do and there's door slamming and hair flicking all over the place! ;-)We've had a lovely month this month, made even better by the lovely weather we've had! We've had lots of mini adventures and have lots more planned for the rest of the Summer too.... … [Read more...]
