Last year Mr Frugal who is notoriously not great at buying presents surprised me with a really thoughtful gift. It didn’t cost much but the fact that it was clear that he’d thought about it so well made it one of my favourite presents, despite it probably being the cheapest.
He bought me lots of cupcake making and decorating things – everything from a beautiful kitchen time to some lovely cake cases and sparkly sprinkles. There was even a cupcake recipe book to go with it!
How nice is that?
You could easily make similar themed versions – a pizza lovers set including a pizza cutter and board and some garlic infused oil and some dried chillis or a curry lovers one with various different herbs and spices.
A similar idea could be a night in hamper with a DVD, some popcorn, a bottle of something nice and the essential chocolates!
The possibilities are endless….
