Has THAT ad really ruined Christmas….
Yesterday morning I got a message from one of my friends to ask if I'd seen what was going on over at the Paypal Facebook page. I hadn't but seeing as I'm nosey and don't like to miss out of drama I obviously headed over there immediately to find out what was going on.What I found there was a lot of outraged and upset parents saying that Paypal had ruined Christmas, broken the hearts of children and basically made sure that this year's Christmas isn't magical. And just how had they done this? With a TV advert that showed parents buying presents for their children. If you haven't seen … [Read more...]

Five Frugal things I’ve done this week to save money {30th October 2015}….
I always find it hard to be frugal and thrifty when the kids are off school but this week's been easier than usual as it's been a bit of a chill out week for the kids and we haven't done much at all.1. My new settee is in place and looking very lovely if I do say so myself....I briefly mentioned my cushion bargains in this week's bargain of the week post but just in case you missed it, I wanted to share my cushion bargains with you.
