Healthy Oat Pancakes {Cheap to make, delicious to eat AND Free on Slimming World}....

Healthy Oat Pancakes….


  • 35 g porridge oats
  • 60 ml milk (normal or almond milk is great)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sweetener (you could use sugar if you prefer)


  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Heat your pan and spray a little fry light on it.
  3. Spoon in your pancake mix, the quantities I've shared makes three when I make them.
  4. Be patient while they cook - don't squish them with your spatula or they'll lose their fluffiness. They're ready to flip when you can lift them with a spatula and see that underneath is a lovely speckled golden brown.
  5. When they're ready to turn over, flip them with a spatula and cook the other side until it's golden too.
  6. I serve mine with some fruit and strawberry puree but the kids prefer nutella and bananas!
