Last night I had a few cheeky bottles glasses of wine with some of the other school mums at one of their houses, while the kids had a sleepover upstairs.
It was a great night and the more bottles of wine we drank, the louder we *may* have got.
At about 11 o clock, I got a text from Mr Frugal, who was sat at home playing on his computer:
Can you keep the noise down?
Hmmm, seeing as he was about ten streets away, I was a little puzzled as to how he could possibly know that we weren’t sat around sensibly discussing homework or ways we could expand our children’s minds. I texted him back:
Excuse me??????
To which, I got this reply:
Miss Frugal just sent me a text me to say you’ve all had too much wine and being too noisy so she can’t get to sleep.
So there you have it, one reason why children should not have mobile phones – they use them against you!
P.S. There was at least one sober grown up in the house 🙂

Kids are loud enough as it is without cell phones! They shouldn't be allowed them at this age…
My two are two are loud with or without mobiles lol, at least this way I have a way of getting in touch with her when she's not with me x x
