It’s been a good while since I’ve shared my meal plan with you all hasn’t it?
We’ve not been doing too badly with our meal planning lately but I know there’s a lot more we could be doing to be even better – and by better, I mean saving more time as well as more money by being more organised.
Our new freezer was delivered yesterday so I’m hoping that I’m going to be able to fill that with batch cooking delights and that one big batch cooking session every now and again will be enough to keep us fully stocked. I’m just starting to get it sorted now and out Muscle Foods delivery isn’t coming until Wednesday so I have really factored that into this week’s plan that much.
Here’s what I’ve got planned for this week….
My versions of Campfire Stew, Big Mac in a bowl and Chicken Cacciatore are all Slimming World friendly as well as being family friendly and I’ll be sharing my recipes for those in the next couple of weeks as long as they work out as delicious as I expect them to;-)
Here’s my lunch plan….
Monday – Tuna pasta salad made with a tablespoon of light mayo.
Tuesday – I get weighed on the Tuesday night so it’ll be homemade soup for lunch today.
Wednesday – No doubt some sort of pasta salad as I always get hungry on a Wednesday as it’s my longer day at work.
Thursday – I’ll have soup for lunch today with some crispbreads and Laughing Cow triangles I think.
Friday- I’ll probably have a salad today as I’ll have some leftover salad bits from tea last night.
Saturday and Sunday – Lunches are normally soup at the weekend since I got my amazing soup maker for Christmas.
