We’ve had a bit of a shaky start to 2013 and for a while there it wasn’t looking like it was going to be the great year that we were hoping for but this week things are definitely looking up.
We’re now all recovered from the awful bug that we had over Christmas (although poor Miss Frugal now has a cold and a dodgy tooth to contend with) and yesterday we had some excellent news that means that the waiting game we’ve been playing since New Years Eve is now over and everything’s OK again (cryptic I know….)
So when I saw that the theme for the gallery this week was new, I thought I’d share with you the New, New Years resolution that I added to my list last night. It’s more of a change of mindset than an actual thing to tick of a list but I’m just as determined to achieve it as I am the other things on my giant to do list:
I will stop worrying about things that I can’t change and make every day count by filling them with happy family memories.
There. That doesn’t sound too difficult does it?
And as for a picture, how about our 2012 highlights….
Every one of these pictures makes me smile and think of a particular happy time we spent together and I’m looking forward to taking (and being part of) lots more this year.

Wishing you lots of luck in 2013. Lovely collection of photos from 2012. I love dolphins!
Thanks very much – it was an amazing experience for the kids to play with one in the pool x
