OK, I know they’re not necessarily new but ‘daily deals’ sites seem to be getting more and more popular so I thought we could have a quick chat about them today.

Have you ever bought something from one of these sites? If you have, was it a bargain or a waste of money?
Great vlog! I think you're right, you have to check these things out. I've had some great deals but there are definitely things I wouldn't buy too
I have bought a couple of items and got bargains but still had to fork out postage and packing.
I find them a bit hits and miss – just bought Eliza a frozen dress and it was supposedly worth £55……..it was rubbish
I've never used these sites before – I've hear of some people grabbing some great bargains though.
I don't really use any of these sites, although i do get groupon emails. I have never bought but I'm tempted. There seems to be more and more cropping up all the time!

I've used Travelzoo, Groupon and some of the others. Ive never had an issue but I know many that have.
I don’t browse. Ever. I don’t like companies telling me how to spend my money. However if we want a trip away or I have £X to spend on someone for a special occasion I do peruse those websites. Occasionally you find some gems but often I find that restaurants/hotels are trying to flog their services cheaply for a reason!
I have bought from some of these sites, namely Travelzoo and Groupon. I have had some good offers. I think you have to read the terms and conditions carefully though

Great points, I think a lot of sites hide the P&P charges and this really can push the price up
