I love homemade chips cooked in the oven. I always think it strange that so often we peel away the goodness in the skins of potatoes.

I make slimming world chips a lot but they never look anywhere near as appetising as these do! Will definitely try leaving them to dry out a bit and adding more salt next time I make them, thank you 🙂

I do love Slimming World chips. I tend to whack them straight in the open after chopping them up though so may have to try it your way and see if my lot prefer them – they aren't 'proper chips' apparently. Love the little basket you have for your chips, they look like they belong in a restaurant!
