I have an amazing treat for you today - Ferrero Rocher cupcakes!I didn't set out to make Ferrero Rocher cupcakes but as I was making some chocolate cupcakes for Miss Frugal and her friends, I spied some Ferrero Rochers tucked away in the treat jar and thought I'd have a bit of an experiment.
