I don’t know about you but I find that a great way to focus myself on what I want to achieve is to write it down! I have a notebook that I carry around in my handbag that is filled with random ideas, lists and scribblings and every now and again, I transfer it all to Evernote which is an app you can have on your mobile, tablet and laptop. I could of course just type my notes straight into Evernote but I much prefer to get it down on paper first.
So, now you know this about me you probably get why I like to write a seasonal bucket list to focus on some small goals that I want to achieve – kind of like New Years Resolutions but without all of the pressure that people (people = me) tend to put on themselves when they set a resolution.
This was my Winter Bucket list….

I’m pleased that I achieved most things on my list – the thing I haven’t done is to find something new that we can do as a family as I’m at a bit of a loss on that one. Any ideas?
Here’s my Spring bucket list….

What about you – do you have any goals you’d like to achieve over the next few months?

I am doing the Marie Kondo big tidy up this Spring and finding it really therapeutic ( and tidy) I'm also concentrating on my photography
You've made me realise it is time I id a new bucket list too. As for getting those photos sorted I started mine and have spent about 8 hours so far, it is so boring, I must do it bit by bit in the fufture! Good luck, Mich x
These are such great things for a bucket list! I've got a bucket list too on http://www.beautifulenglishrain.wordpress.com/2015/03/01... although mine as a bit more specific than yours – I'm going to do a family bucket list as well. Thanks for the inspiration!
I'd like to take some time and think about what I really want to do! Thanks for the inspiration. x
I love the idea of setting bucket lists to complete over the next few months, I once tried one over a year but felt I had all the time in the world to do it and in the end hardly completed any of the things I wanted.
Have you tried geo caching? It's been on my list of family things to try for ages. Am impressed you've manage to tick off all your winter ones – well done you!
Every month I try and make one of these lists in regards to getting things done both on the site and in my life. Things sadly get in the way so while I may make a list of 20 odd things I am still pleased even if I just manage to just chalk 2 or 3 things off my list.
Yes! I am also preparing my spring bucket list. There are lots of plans to do, but what I am sure of are that I am gonna go out more, enjoy, and take more photos! Enjoy!
I would heartily recommend Archery as a family activity! Also helps with the getting outside part if you take part in field archery. There's two main UK organizations NFAS (http://www.nfas.net/clubs.asp) and GNAS/Archery GB (http://www.archerygb.org/)
Ah – you are so far ahead of where I want to be. I just think about making notes about stuff and can never remember what I was going to write down, like there's a blog hop I want to post on but I can't find it now….
We bought our 5yr old a kids camera last year. I think it's by leap frog she loves it and takes loads of pictures which she can add frames and effects to. How about combining taking more photos with doing stuff as a family? You could take photos together, print them out, work on scrapbooks, make photo gifts for family and friends……I imagine doing this sort of thing but never have enough patience!
