I read a lovely post yesterday written by Michelle over at Mummy From the Heart and it got me thinking a little bit.
One of the reasons I like the end of the school holidays is because it allows me to get some routine back into our lives and to take the time to do some of the things that I’ve been planning to do for ages but haven’t got around to over the last few months as we’ve been too busy enjoying the Summer.
Michelle’s written herself an Autumn Bucket list to help her focus on what she wants to achieve in the next few months and I thought hers was so lovely that I wanted to do the same myself. There’s a few things around the house that I’ve been meaning to do for ages but I just keep putting them off so I’m hoping that this will help me to get myself motivated enough to actually doing them all!
I’m hoping that having it in writing makes it easier to focus on and that I get to the start of December and give myself a pat on the pack for managing to do everything on my list although if I’m honest, I’m pretty sure that at least a couple will probably make it on to my Winter list. 😉
