Have an organised Christmas with my amazing FREE Christmas planner printable….

My free Christmas planner is back for 2026 and, considering how much I love a good list at this time of year, I’m actually quite excited to bring this one back. 😂

I know some people will think it’s far too early to start thinking about Christmas, but for me this is exactly the right time to start doing the little bits that make December feel less chaotic. I’m not talking about having everything bought, wrapped and organised by the first week of November, because that is absolutely not happening here, but having one place to keep track of everything does make a massive difference.

That’s exactly what this planner is for.

It’s a 23-page printable Christmas planner that you can print out in full or just pick the pages you know you’ll actually use. I usually print the whole thing because I like having everything together, but there’s no point wasting paper on pages you know you won’t need.

I still think the gift planner is one of the most useful pages because I am absolutely the kind of person who will buy something early, hide it somewhere really clever and then completely forget where that clever place was. 😂

The budget page is another one I like because Christmas spending has a habit of creeping up without you noticing. A few little things here, a couple of extras there and suddenly you’ve spent far more than you meant to, so having everything written down in one place really helps.

And the planner definitely isn’t about making Christmas feel like another massive list of jobs to get through. For me, it’s the opposite. If I can get some of the boring bits out of my head and onto paper, then I can actually enjoy the nice bits without constantly wondering what I’ve forgotten.

Once it opens, you can print the whole thing or just choose the individual pages you want to use. If you know you’ll need more than one copy of something, like the gift planner or shopping list, just print a few extras.

There are instructions here for printing selected pages if you’re not sure how to do that.

I love having mine printed out and ready before Christmas properly gets going because it means I can add things as I think of them rather than trying to remember everything at once.
