A couple of months ago I was sat with Miss Frugal watching a TV show about a group of girls getting ready for their proms and the cost of some of the dresses they were wearing was astronomical - I'm talking a month's worth of food shopping budget on the dress alone. Last year I made a really pretty homemade rag wreath which I hung in my little hallway so people see it as soon as they come in to my house.
