Today was supposed to have been a bit of a quiet day at home.It's seven years today since my Mam died and I've been feeling a bit down all week just knowing that the day was coming up. Saturday is Caption Day – the one with the Terminator….
As it's my lovely husband's birthday today, I decided to dedicate today's Saturday is Caption Day post to him ;-)We took this a few weeks ago at Madame Tussauds in London when we went to see the Christmas lights on Oxford Street being switched on. Which pink do you think….
On Saturday we've lived in our house for four years and although I'm gradually starting to get sorted, it's still very magnolia. I have no idea where the time has gone but I'm determined not to start another new year with decorate the house being one of my New Year Resolutions!The children's bedrooms were the first rooms we decorated when we moved in as we wanted them to be comfortable in their new bedrooms. Silent Sunday – 18 November 2012….
Indulge me while I have a proud parent moment….
I know lots of you have had parent's nights in the last week or so and I hope you're all feeling as proud as I do after ours last night.You might (but probably won't) remember that when Master Frugal was in Reception at school he was behind the rest of his classmates with both his reading and his writing.
