I love homemade risotto but it's one meal that I can never seem to get my portion sizes right and I almost always end up with more than we need for one meal which isn't a bad thing as I've found a great way to use up my leftover risotto - Riso al Salto. Oh my goodness, these Nutella french Toast roll ups are AMAZING!We had them last week as a treat for our family breakfast before Miss Frugal and I set off for New York and we'll definitely be having it again! We don't watch much TV in our house but one thing we do love to watch is the US TV show, Hell's Kitchen which is a reality show where about 20 budding chefs compete for a job working with Gordon Ramsay.
