Gingerbread just is Christmas to me. The smell of it baking takes me straight back to cosy December afternoons with the kids, decorating biscuits at the kitchen table and trying not to eat more icing than we used. This super easy, 3 ingredient mini egg fudge is really just my way to justify buying the family size bag of mini eggs at the shop last night!
