There’s nothing better than a cosy autumn night at home – fluffy socks on, a warm drink in hand, and maybe a film on the TV. But nothing ruins the mood quicker than a chilly draught sneaking in under the doors or rattling through the windows and our new house has plenty of 'problem' areas so I've been doing a bit of research around the things we can do to specifically fix any draughts. Every week I share five frugal things that I've done during the previous week just to show you that the small things you do all add up to a great frugal lifestyle where you can learn to live a fabulously frugal life. Hey!We've just got back from a week in Iceland so I thought I'd make today's post all about the things we did in Iceland to save money - which was very necessary as Iceland is genuinely the most expensive country I have ever visited. Which subscriptions can you cancel to save a fortune?
We all love a little convenience, and subscription services make life feel easier — from Netflix binges to Spotify playlists, to beauty boxes arriving on the doorstep. Every week I share five frugal things that I've done during the previous week just to show you that the small things you do all add up to a great frugal lifestyle where you can learn to live a fabulously frugal life. Hey!1) I forgot to share this last week so I'm going to pretend it was this week... 😁It was Miss Frugal's Birthday last week and even though she's older now, I still like to make a bit of a fuss. (who can believe that she's actually 23!!!) I bought some cupcakes in place of a full cake as I saw some amazing ones at the Farmers … [Read more...]
