7 Ways to Use Up Leftover Pumpkin….
Every Halloween, more than 20 million pumpkins are sold ready for Halloween and from what I understand, around 18,000 tonnes of edible pumpkin ends up in Landfill once the candles are blown out and the trick-or-treating is over. When the kids were growing up, we'd have four big pumpkins every year and have a competition to see who could carve the best one. With food prices the way they are right now, it seems like our weekly shop is costing more and more every week.
