iPhone Apps to Help Manage Your Life….

Modern technology can be very helpful when applied to certain parts of our lives, this would of course include smartphones such as the popular iPhone, sold by many retailers like phones4u. Many apps have been created for this device that can help people organize and manage tasks within their home.  I’ve written before about my favourite moneysaving apps but here’s a few other apps that will help you to be more organised….

Home Routines is one iPhone app that can be used for home management. As the name would suggest, this app makes it possible to plan out your routines, this might include your morning schedule or perhaps an evening routine. Some people have cleaning routines, shopping routines or school run routines and would benefit from having these written out on this app too, adding structure to their busy lives and schedules. The app also comes with a built in timer that helps manage your time effectively which means no more getting off track!

The Google Calendar app is another beneficial iPhone app for the household. By using this app all of the family’s tasks can be scheduled in one place and the information can even be synced between phones. This helps partners keep up with one another as well as their children, having everyone’s schedules accessible at all times from your phone like this can definitely be an asset.

There is also an iPhone app that makes it simple to organize your recipes. The All Recipes Pro app is designed to organize recipes found at their comprehensive cooking website. If you’re shopping in the store to find a new dish, you can easily access the ingredients list found within the recipe and recipes can also easily be found by searching for a particular ingredient or name. Many of the recipes have been reviewed by other users which is helpful information to have prior to trying out a new one. Favourite recipes can also be added to your virtual recipe box and the app can even generate an instant shopping list which will save you the time of copying every ingredient down.

  • Hello, I love your blog. I'm a mom and I use Azimo. It's free. Azimo lets people transfer money from the UK to more than 100 countries at a fraction of the rates charged by banks or money transfer services.
To send money, users need to register and enter the recipient's bank account details. Azimo charges about 1% of the value of the transaction, up to a maximum of £15 per transaction. The app claims big savings versus other money transfer methods. For example, sending £500 from the UK to Poland would cost £42.50 at a typical high street bank, £20.90 with Western Union, or £19.70 through PayPal. Amizo would set you back just £6.25. thanks~ Brooke
