Wow, I’ve not taken part in The Gallery for the last couple of weeks because of my various Blogger to WordPress traumas but I was determined to join in today. I’ve just popped over to Sticky Fingers to see what Tara has given us as a theme and there’s 85 entries already – I don’t think I’ll make it round them all tonight will I?
This weeks theme is Men…. I considered putting a photo of Mr Frugal on her but I try not to use his picture on here so I decided to share his favourite place in the world with you instead as it shows a lot about him – His Computer Corner!
You’ll have to excuse the photo, it was took on my mobile as the battery’s dead on my camera. Mr Frugal’s computer corner is tucked away in the corner of the kitchen – diner at the moment but he has very ambitious plans to turn part of the garage into a computer room! His computer’s like his baby, although you wouldn’t know it from the mess, would you? The framed picture is of his brick at the Riverside stadium – he’s a massive Boro fan so I bought him a brick with his name on in the floor of the Riverside Stadium. He also has a few pictures of the kids and a couple of their drawings tucked in to the frame as well. He has a cuddly sheep that the kids bought him for Easter and the rest is just crap that he can’t be bothered to sort out.
The desk is absolute mess and I’m not allowed to tidy it up because allegedly I always throw something out that I shouldn’t or move things about so he can’t find what he’s looking for, I dispute that allegation but of course it’s not possible that he could ever just lose something so it quite clearly must be me…. He did let me pick the desk though and I think I picked a lovely one 😉 It matches the kitchen and everything – it doesn’t matter that he can’t tuck his feet under properly or that there’s no storage space, the fact is that it matches the kitchen so it’s going nowhere.
So there’s my man’s world, bit boring but I left it too late to be imaginative and creative – I promise I’ll do better next week lol
Now I’m off to begin the marathon Gallery crawl – I could be a while!
